Activitat dirigida a ritme musical sobre bicicletes estàtiques
És recomanable l’ús d’unes malles de ciclisme amb coixí a la zona de contacte amb el seient. Adreçat a alumnes de més de 14 anys
Objectius
- Millora de la resistència aeròbica
- Pèrdua de pes i reducció de greix corporal
- Tonificació de tot el cos, especialment dels músculs de les cames
- Es tracta d’una activitat amb baix risc de lesions articulars degut a la manca d’impactes
